1. Production Time
All Bruen Designs items are made to order. Please allow 14–28 business days for production before shipping.

2. Shipping Times
Worldwide shipping is available. International delivery may take 14–42 business days depending on the destination and possible carrier delays. Your patience is appreciated.

3. Shipping & Delivery Details
Once production is complete, a notification email with tracking information will be sent. Bruen Designs is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. Please ensure shipping and billing information is accurate before placing an order, as packages cannot be redirected once shipped. Orders cannot be sent to PO Boxes. If delays occur due to holidays or unforeseen events, notifications will be provided via email.

4. Shipping Information Accuracy
If incorrect shipping information is provided at checkout and the item is returned, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred.

5. Shipping Liability Policy
Bruen Designs is not liable for any lost or stolen packages during transit. Customers are responsible for contacting their shipping provider to directly file a claim or seek compensation.

6. Damages & Issues
Orders should be inspected upon receipt. Any defective, damaged, or incorrect items must be reported immediately to info@bruendesigns.com for evaluation and resolution.

7. Order Policy
All sales are final, with no refunds or returns accepted on Bruen products unless defective. For information on receiving an insufficient size find our return policy, see below for policies when sending exchanged items back to Bruen Designs.

8. Shipping Policy on Exchanged Items
Returns are not accepted due to the custom nature of Bruen Designs products. Exchanges may be arranged by contacting info@bruendesigns.com within 14 days of receipt. A Return Authorization Number (RA#) and an exchange form will be provided via email. Conditions for exchanges include:

  • Items must be unworn, in original condition, and include all original packaging.

  • Packages returned without a clearly marked RA# will be refused.

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges, including international duties and customs fees.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • It is recommended to use a tracked carrier for returns, as customers assume liability for any damage during return shipping.

9. International Shipping
Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the recipient’s responsibility. Charges vary by country; please consult your local customs office for details. Bruen Designs cannot estimate or cover these charges.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON BRUEN PRODUCTS. NO RETURNS, REFUNDS, OR EXCHANGES.

Contact info@bruendesigns.com within 14 days of receipt for exchanges. Items must be in original condition, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.

2. Exchange Process
If eligible, you’ll receive return instructions. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted. A restocking fee may apply. International shipping may take longer.

3. Non-Exchangeable Items
All discounted/sale items & gift cards are final sale.

4. Damages and Issues
Inspect your item upon receipt and report issues immediately.

5. What Bruen Designs Covers
Only manufacturing defects and insufficient sizing are covered. Not covered:
